Password Resets

Need Help with your password?  See Student Computing for password reset information for each system.

eLearn, Windows Live, and the Windows login use the same password.   If you know your password for these accounts and want to reset it, goto https://7of9.tnstate.edu.  MyTSU account passwords must be reset within myTSU.

If you forget your password, a password reset will be necessary. Students may call the Help Desk at 963-7777 or visit in person in McCord Hall 20 for assistance with user accounts and passwords.  Students will be requested to verify their identity to receive a password reset.

Helpful Password Advice

• Do not share passwords
• Never write down your password
• Set your password using strong password rules - at least 8 characters, a combination of upper and lower case letters, one special character (*&#), and numbers.
