Tips

HOW TO COPY A FORM ELEMENT

In the "Add Item" tab, drag "Existing Item" to your form. It will then ask you which of your elements you are wanting to copy (from what form & what element).

MUTUALLY-EXCLUSIVE CHOICE

It appears that the dropdown is the only form element that will allow you to make a mutually exclusive choice option. Usually, radio buttons are used for that. But I saw no way to make them able to click only one option. Did you?

  • Dynamic Forms are responsive (mobile-friendly) by default...so will display correctly on tablets and cell phones.

  • When creating longer forms - The form timer resets with each new page of your form. By breaking your form up over multiple pages you can extend the time limit to fill out each form by 45 minutes with each new page. Of course, if you save your work, the work you've done so far will not be deleted. It will still be in they system should you have to re-login.

RETROFIT A FORM SO THAT IT HAS MULTIPLE SECTIONS -- one for one person to submit and another section for a different person to submit

In section "Name/Type", choose Multiple sigs
(NOTE: Doing that, in turn, adds Participants into the leftnav)

In Participants - add all submitters of the form, being sure to make one of the Participants the owner of the form.

On the form design, change every field to be assigned to a Section (you do that in the Advanced section for a field)

In the leftnav of DF, choose "Workflow" and add the submitters of the form....in order.
