How Does Microsoft Teams Help TSU Employees?

Microsoft Teams allows employees to call, chat with, leave voicemail, share documents, links, etc. with other TSU employees.

You don't even need to use your TSU phone any longer. You can find every employee on Microsoft Teams!

Just keep Microsoft Teams up on your computer all day…and you’re set. This way, whether that person is working from home or is in their TSU office, you’ll be sure to get in touch.

Using Microsoft Teams to Make a Call

  1. On your PC, search for "Microsoft Teams"...and open it
    If you don't have it, Download Microsoft Teams to your PC >>  (And after installing it, search on your PC for "Microsoft Teams"...and open it)
  2. Then, in Microsoft Teams, in the left-hand navigation, click "Calls"
  3. In the "Type a name" box, enter the name of the TSU employee that you want to call and select the person
  4. Click the "Call" button
