End of Spring Semester Check-out

End of Semester Closing:
- The Residence Halls and Apartments will close for the semester on May 8th. Regular term residents must prepare early and check out of their residence halls before 12 Noon Saturday May 9th.
- Graduation (Commencement) participants should check out immediately after commencement services, but no later than 4:30 p.m. on May 9th.
- Residents are urged to check-out after their last final exams or after submitting their final class projects, but before the aforementioned check-out dates.
- Please remove all personal belongings from your room or apartment.
- Clean your rooms and restrooms (if in an apartment or suite-style dorm).
- Properly dispose of trash to the outside trash dumpsters provided.
- Please have a dorm or apartment staff person inspect your room/apartment upon checkout.
- Complete the Room Occupancy and Clearance Form (Check-out paperwork) at the front desk of your respective residence facility.
- Return your room/apartment key to your respective Residence Facility.
- Housing Fines will be assessed for Improper Check-outs ($150), Dirty Rooms ($25), Unreturned Dorm Key ($58), Unreturned Apartment Key ($275), and Damages (TBD).
- There is no "Automatic Extended Stay", so PLEASE make preparations to vacate by the aforementioned dates and times.
