Ford Residential Complex and New Residence Center Apartments:

Located on Heiman Street, our apartment-style communities offer the perfect blend of campus connection and apartment independence. These co-ed facilities are designed for upper-level students (60+ credit hours), giving you the freedom of your own space—while staying just steps away from classes, dining, and student life. University apartments are primarily 4BR/2BA units with shared kitchen, dining room and living areas.

Each apartment is fully furnished and includes:

  • A private kitchen with stove and refrigerator
  • Dinette set
  • Window blinds
  • Twin-XL bed
  • Chest of Drawers
  • Desk and desk chair
  • Wardrobe
  • Spacious layout designed for comfort and convenience

Applications for apartment housing open each spring. Students must have earned at least 60 credit hours by the end of the spring semester to be eligible for apartment assignment in the fall.
