Dr. Brown’s primary research interest includes conducting formative and summative evaluations in the area of behavioral health, specifically focusing on substance abuse, mental health, and HIV/AIDS prevention among individuals residing in urban and rural communities. He has collaborated with experts from various disciplinary fields to secure funding for research grant proposals, publish research in scholarly journals, and disseminate research findings at regional and national professional conferences.
