Phyllis L. Flott, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Business Administration in the College of Business at Tennessee State University. Dr. Flott earned her Ph.D. in organizational theory and policy from the University of North Texas. She earned her MBA and BS from Emporia State University. Her research interests primarily involve business models, the alternative financial services industry, organizational citizenship behavior and counterproductive work behavior. Phyllis has been teaching courses in strategy, organizational development, organizational behavior, and leadership. She is a member of the Academy of Management and the American Sociological Association.
