Muhammad Ruhul Amin is an Assistant Professor of Management and Business Strategy at the College of Business, Tennessee State University. He earned his Ph.D. in Management from Texas A&M International University. His academic journey began in Bangladesh, where he completed a BBA in Management and an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Dhaka. He later pursued two Master’s degrees in Management and Business Analytics from East Texas A&M University before obtaining his doctorate. Dr. Amin's research interests focus on sustainability, including corporate sustainability and macro/micro-level sustainable development, as well as organizational behavior, leadership, and strategic human resource management. He has taught a variety of courses, including business strategy and policy, management and organizational behavior, human resource management, and strategic human resource management. His teaching experience spans universities and colleges in both Bangladesh and the USA. He is an active member of the Academy of Management (AOM), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and Beta Gamma Sigma (BGS). Download CV |
