Nursery Advisory Group

The goal of the TSU Nursery Research Center advisory group is to provide guidance from the nursery industry to Nursery Research Center research and outreach programs about preferred direction and emphasis. This guidance enables the Nursery Research Center to remain relevant to the needs of nursery industry stakeholders. As a sounding board for proposed and ongoing Nursery Research Center programs, the advisory group provides insight on relevancy and practicality of proposed solutions to industry issues.

Group members are recommended by leadership of regional nursery associations, industry leaders, and by group members. All group members are active nursery industry producers. Group composition is monitored to reflect a diversity based on size of nursery operation and type of operation (wholesale, retail, container, field, liner, etc.).
