Talent Search Program
Academic Assistance to Middle and High School Students
The Talent Search Program is committed to reducing the need for remediation in secondary and post-secondary schools.
The program provides these benefits to students:
- individual tutoring at target schools during the week
- information on secondary and postsecondary reentry
- information on college admissions requirements
- information on the availability of scholarships and student financial aid.
Additionally, the program exposes its students to a wide variety of cultural and social experiences which aid in broadening their perspectives and expectations of life.
The Educational Talent Search Program targets four middle schools:
- Gra Mar
- Jere Baxter
- Moses McKissack
- Stratford Lower Campus
...and four high schools:
- Maplewood
- Pearl Cohn
- Stratford
- Whites Creek
