Method Development:

Highly experienced in developing variety of analytical methods using mass spectrometry, HPLC and GC. Highly experienced with multinuclear high field NMR, FT-IR, HPLC, UV-VIS to characterize new compounds. Extensive experiences in Modern Chromatographic Techniques.

Synthetic:

Experienced in the synthesis of the basic skeleton of the anticancer drug –Taxol, Developed a novel synthesis of macrocyclic ketolactones. Synthesized a large number of compounds as potential as anti-AIDS drugs. Carried out initial evaluation of these potential drugs. Experienced in the synthesis of neurotransmitter agents. Experienced in dealing with extremely moisture sensitive compounds. Have extensive experiences in micro and macro scale reactions. Experienced in carrying out low temperature reactions
