These courses will provide a strong background in programming, and also allow students to enroll in additional upper division computer science offerings. (Course prerequisites must be taken.)

Graduate

MBA with Concentration in Management Information Systems

The TSU MBA curriculum is a broad-based management education that provides you with the knowledge and skills to assume leadership positions in public and private companies.

The MBA program is accredited by the AACSB International a distinction held by less than a quarter of the nation’s business schools. The MBA program consists of 12 courses for 36 hours of credit. If your undergraduate degree is not in business, you will need to take foundation courses prior to beginning your graduate course work. Refer to the Graduate Catalog for graduate course listings.

The Management Information Systems concentration provides students with focused study of several important subjects in the current business information technology environment. It has the primary objective of strengthening current and future managers' abilities to manage information technology.

Students in the MIS concentration are required to take three of the four MBA level MIS courses offered in addition to the Common Courses.
