New Performance Evaluation for 2014!
Over the next year, we will transitioning to an electronic performance evaluation system in PeopleAdmin. To prepare, we have revamped our existing evaluation.
For this evaluation period we will be using the new Annual Employee Performance Evaluation. Supervisors please be advised that you will now be required to put your T# on the form below your signatures.
All Performance Evaluations are due to The Office of Human Resources by August 1, 2015.
