Submit According to Type of Issue

TSU Facilities maintains two systems. Please submit the appropriate request below, based on your issue/need. 

NOTE:
If your work order request requires assistance for any setups/takedowns, we require a 5 business day notification prior to the event taking place to honor the request. For example, if the event is slated to take place on Friday May 19th, we should receive a work order request no later than Friday May 12th.  Thank you for your understanding.

IT or Telephony Issues

For Information Technology or Telephone/Communication requests,  submit a ticket in the IT System.
