REMOTE COMPUTER & VOICEMAIL ACCESS

WHICH COMPUTER TO TAKE HOME?
If you have been granted access to take a TSU computer to your home for work, it MUST be the computer that you login to regularly. If you take a computer to which you have never logged on YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO LOGIN once you are off-campus.

PASSWORD RESETS
Password resets WILL NOT work on TSU computers that are removed from campus. If you reset your password, you will need to use your OLD PASSWORD on a TSU computer after it has been taken off-campus. If you forget your password, you will have to bring the computer back to campus in order to reset your password. TSU support will be extremely limited in these situations and you will have to bring the computer back to campus. More on password resets>>
