Setup & Support
The Office of Technology Services handles all phone and voicemail setup and support of the TSU phones and phone system.
Avaya is the current vendor for TSU's physical phones.
It's best to use Microsoft Teams to contact TSU employees because it's done from your computer and you can share your screen. But TSU still utilizes physical phones as well. And this page explains setting up & using your actual physical desk phone at TSU, your voicemail, and any TSU-issued cellular device.
