Tennessee State University, one the the nation's high-achieving HBCUs, welcomes our outstanding scholars to explore other options when choosing financial assistance. When being accepted into the University, and the student has all of the requirements to obtain a merit scholarship, majority of the time, it does not cover the entire cost of tuition.
