This course builds on the language presented in Beginning I and continues to emphasize everyday communication. You will add to your list of everyday practical words, phases, and sentences that will help you communicate with native speakers. You will begin to use the future tense. At the end of this course, you will be able to deal with practical real-life situations such as ordering food and drinks in a restaurant and ask for a number of items in a grocery store, shopping at clothing stores, at the pharmacy, comparing prices and items.
You will be comfortable telling time, understanding and giving directions when finding your way around in a town.
