Exchange Email
Issue Resolution
If you are experiencing issues with Exchange email (not webmail), please follow the instructions below:
- Delete your outlook profile by double clicking on the file listed below.:
- Open Outlook.
- When prompted for profile name, type your login name.
(If Outlook hangs, reboot your computer , open Outlook and answer “NO” to the Safe mode question.) - If you are unsuccessful, call 615-657-9349 (leave a voicemail)
