AWC Event Planning

The Continuing Education Department at Tennessee State University assists the corporate, nonprofit, and educational community with fulfilling a variety of training needs. The newly renovated state-of-the-art training facility accommodates small & large groups. We offer a Private Dining Room that is ideal for conducting Lunch and Learn seminars, entertaining executives or hosting small receptions. Our facility is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Nashville with free parking.

The Training Coordinator for Continuing Education is available to assist you with your event planning needs. From meetings, conferences, to trade shows and receptions, no event is too large or small. Some of our services include coordinating onsite event management, catering, logistics, room technology, signage, and security. Our department is your “one-stop shop” for event planning.
