The Tennessee State University Alumni Concierge Service is an elevated response system designed to facilitate superior alumni experiences through thoughtful customer service. Simply submit questions or service requests through the online portal and your assigned alumni concierge will handle your request from start to finish. Your personal concierge is available to help with questions, volunteer opportunities, obtain transcripts, campus visits (virtually or appointment), connect with departments or employees, and other requests.
