Requirements for Minor in Mathematical Sciences

 

The Minor in Mathematical Sciences will give students a foundation in Mathematical Sciences that will prepare them for the business sector and/or further study of mathematics.  The minor requires at least 21 hours of mathematics courses including 12 hours of Calculus, Introduction to Advanced Mathematics any two courses from Ordinary Differential Equations, Probability and Statistics, and Linear Algebra.  Students seeking a Minor in Mathematical Sciences should consult the Chair of the Department, Dr. Michael Reed, for guidance in developing a specific plan of matriculation.

     MATH 3610 Linear Algebra 3
