Educator Career Minority Male Initiative (ECPMI) is a comprehensive Career Pathway Program that prepares minority male students for teaching career. Eligible students receive academic support throughout high school and post-secondary completion. Students will receive one-on-one mentoring that provides each student with a male educator as a role model.

Students will also gain a practical, hands-on approach to learning in the teaching field. Participating in this program high school students will benefit from college readiness coaching with college focused services and activities. Exposure to various enrichment activities by providing volunteer male mentors, academic support and career advising on various education pathways. The program will provide an unparalleled opportunity for minority male students interested in becoming teachers.
