Zaira Adams is from Jackson, Mississippi. She is a dedicated and aspiring graduate research assistant collaborating with Dr. Blair's FFAR Mung bean Project to bring accurate data and effective results . Her contribution is to evaluate the nutritional analysis of black eye peas for the improvement of Columbia and U.S. diets for global food security. With these results, Columbia and U.S. researchers would be receiving solutions that could help benefit the health of both communities. This research will help the blossoming of Tennesse State producing credible and valuable research through its USDA Graduate Department development.
