Providing Financial Services to the University Community

Financial Services is a unit within the Division of Business and Finance. The departments that comprise the unit are the Budget Office and the Procurement Office.

The Financial Services Office strives to provide timely and courteous service to all members of the university community. We are charged with helping to ensure that all transactions and business is done in accordance with applicable Federal and State Laws and TBR and university policies and procedures. We are responsible for cash receipting, student accounts and loans receivable, accounts payable and budget development and monitoring. In addition, we assist departments with a variety of fiscal issues and questions and we are responsible for a variety of reports for internal and external uses.
