Dr. Hall teaches agricultural education and leadership courses and serves as the Director of the College of Agriculture, Human and Natural Sciences Ambassador Program. He also works with youth and adult audiences in formal and non-formal educational settings to develop and implement leadership training programs and activities.

Dr. Harris a valuable member of our team because he works with agriculture teachers to help them earn a full teaching license through the Transitional License offered by the TN Department of Education. The Transitional Licensure program is based upon the candidate holding a BS in Agricultural Sciences and securing a teaching position. Teachers must be admitted to TSU to complete the online coursework and receive advisement on the process. Teachers have 3 years to complete the program.

Dr. Lighari has served as an Ag Teacher, Extension Agent, and Extension Director in four states. Now as Associate Dean, Dr. Lighari provides leadership to Extension Education faculty, staff, and programming in the counties and on our three campuses in Tennessee. We are happy he considers Ag Ed his academic home.

Dr. Miller teaches leadership courses, conducts leadership research and serves as a resource for formal and nonformal educators, limited-resource leaders and non-traditional leaders in the area of leadership and organizational development. He is also leads the college's outdoor leadership development program which includes a ropes course and outdoor adventure-based activities.
