ABI/INFORM Global : Provides in-depth coverage of business conditions, trends, corporate strategies and tactics, management techniques, competitive and product information, and a wide variety of other topics. It gives you informative indexing and substantive abstracts to articles from more than 1,000 leading business and management publications, including over 350 English-language titles from outside the U.S.

Britannica Online Includes the complete encyclopedia, as well as Merriam-Webster's Collegiate Dictionary and the Britannica Book of the Year. You can also use Britannica Online to search an Internet directory that includes more than 130,000 links to Web sites selected, rated, and reviewed by Britannica editors.

Census Data : An online database offered by the U.S. Bureau of Census, the database provides statistical information about census data.

Emerald :   provides comprehensive coverage of over 100 management journals--complete with full text archives back to 1994 and abstracts to 1989.  Click here for journals available.

Mergent Online provides Internet-based access to the most detailed, accurate and comprehensive global company database available, with the latest in features and functions.

O*Net is a comprehensive database of worker attributes and job characteristics. As the replacement for the Dictionary of Occupational Titles (DOT), O*NET will be the nation's primary source of occupational information.

Occupational Outlook Handbook is a nationally recognized source of career information, designed to provide valuable assistance to individuals making decisions about their future work lives.

Reference USA :  Provides librarians and library patrons a research tool for the nation's largest business database. Users can find detailed information such as executive names, number of employees, addresses, phone numbers and much more.

Reuters Business Insight : Provides unlimited online access to over 300 Strategic Management Reports in the areas of consumer goods, energy, finance, healthcare, commerce, and technology with in-depth forecasts. The reports are global or regional in scope with the latest news and market commentaries as well as fast follow-up analyses.

Reuters Dashboard : Offers a concise overview to 10,000 company profiles, 2,500 industry profiles in over fifty (50) countries.  Dashboard offers unrivalled real world information and directly compliments Reuters Business Insight service.

ScienceDirect   (Click on the "search" button to begin search):  Offers access to the Elsevier Science journal collection (over 1,200 titles), along with journals from a host of prestigious societies and STM publishers . The full text collection of over 1 million articles from 1995 to present covers a wide variety of subject areas and disciplines, including: Biochemistry, Biological Sciences, Business & Management Science, Chemistry, Clinical Medicine, Earth Sciences, Economics, Engineering & Technology, Environmental Science, Materials Science, Mathematics & Computer science, Microbiology & Immunology, Neurosciences, Pharmacology & Toxicology, Physics, and Social Sciences. 

Statistical Abstract of the United States contains a collection of statistics on social and economic conditions in the United States.  Selected international data are also included.

Tax Research (RIA Checkpoint) : Provides web-based comprehensive tax research information. Resources include Federal editorial materials, state and local tax information, estate planning materials, IRS rulings and releases, federal court decisions, and pending and enacted tax legislation.  Includes three (3) libraries (Federal, State, and Local), plus the Journal of Taxation, Practical Tax Strategies, Journal of Corporate Taxation, and All States Tax Guide.

Tennessee State Data Center is a state/Census Bureau cooperative program that disseminates census and other data to the public through a network of over 1,800 state and local agencies, libraries, universities, chambers of commerce, and others. Since 1978, the U.S. Bureau of the Census has provided state data centers with a wide range of census information and with technical assistance and training necessary to access the data. 

Thomson Research : Provides access to U.S. Securities Exchange Commission documents, current and historical, and to comprehensive business and financial records for more than 50,000 US and international companies. Real-time access to EDGAR is also provided.

U.S. Patent and Trademark Office   (USPTO) administers the patent and trademark laws as they relate to the granting of patents for utility inventions, designs and plants and the issuing of trademark registrations.

Wall Street Journal  (1889-1985) offers full page and article images with searchable full text back to the first issue. The collection includes digital reproductions providing access to every page from every available issue.
