We, the employees and officers of Tennessee State University (TSUFCU), appreciate the trust that the Membership has placed in us. We will protect that trust by continuing to respect the privacy of all of our members. From time to time, as circumstances may require, we collect information directly from you and outside sources such as your Credit Bureau report. Shared Information with Third Parties:

From time to time, TSUFCU may share nonpublic Member information with other organizations that are able to extend special offers that we feel may be of value to you. We may also provide information about you to organizations as permitted by law, such as credit reporting agencies, companies that provide services related to your account, and as required, by the Courts.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT OR FOR A REQUEST FOR CREDIT

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each individual or business that opens an account or requests credit. What this means for individuals: When an individual opens an account or requests credit, we will ask for their name, address, date of birth, Social Security number, and other information that allows us to identify them. We may also ask to see their driver's license or other identifying documents. What it means for businesses: When a business opens an account or requests credit, we will ask for the business name, business address, Employer Identification Number, and other information that allows us to identify the business and signatories. We may also ask to see other identifying documents showing the existence of the business.
