Profile

Ms. Tracy Pleasants is the Interim Director for the Supply Chain Management Program and Adjunct Professor for the College of Business at Tennessee State University.  She received her Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Central Arkansas, and a Master’s degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.  She is certified as a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) with over 20 years of industry experience. Her global responsibilities in Human Resources have included work in South Africa, India, China, Australia, Singapore, Mexico, Brazil, UK, Europe and the United States.  She is a lifetime member of the Black MBA Association, an active volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee, and Co-founder of the High School Internship program in partnership with the Urban League.
