The Senate Nominating Committee was charged to bring two slates of officers for election at its March 20 meeting. One slate is for the election of officers to serve during the 2004 – 2005 year (regular election). The second slate is for the election of a chair and a secretary to serve during the 2003 – 2004 year. This special election was made necessary by the resignations if the current chair-elect and the secretary-elect.
Nominations for the regular election of officers to serve during the 2004 – 2005 academic year were obtained in response to the attached e-mail to all Senators.
