SPRING 2015 HOUSING INTENT FORM
This form is for Current Fall 2014 Students that already live on campus. Submit your Housing Intent Request for: 1) Building Transfers, 2) Residing in the same Hall/Apartment, 3) Housing Cancellation and/or Graduating in December.
If you currently live on campus for Fall 2014, you must complete this form by the extended deadline of NOVEMBER 5, 2014 4:30 P.M. or the Office of Residence Life will assume that you do not need On-campus housing for the Spring 2015 semester.

ROOM ASSIGNMENTS ARE BASED ON THE AVAILABILITY OF SPACE.
All pre-requisites (Immunization requirements, sign up for Orientation and payment of the $100 non-refundable housing deposit) must be completed before a room assignment can be processed. For further assistance, feel free to email Residence Life

To save time upon Check-in, please: 1) Print out these forms in advance, 2) Fill them out completely, and 3) Present them when you arrive at the specified check-in time to your residence facility. Please register and confirm courses prior to reporting to check-in to the residence facility for the respective academic term.
