The Housing Application Fall 2018 First-Time Freshmen  is available now! 

 

In order to be eligible to apply and move-in to your assignment you must:

  1. Be officially admitted into the University
  2. Complete All Steps of the Housing Application
    1. Step 1: Application Preferences
    2. Step 2: Pay your $100 non-refundable prepayment online
    3. Step 3: Sign your Housing Agreement

Welcome Back, Returning TSU Students!

The Housing Application Period for Fall 2018 Returning Transfer and Readmit Undergraduate students will move from a priority application system to a first-come, first served system for Fall 2018. Please stay tuned for details on how this process will change. 

 

Steps to Apply for On Campus Housing:

1. Log in to your myTSU Student Account

2. Click on the "Banner Services" tab.

3. Click on "Student"

4. Click on "Housing"

5. You will be redirected to RMS to apply. You must make a payment in order to successfully submit your application for assignment.

Additional Forms for On-campus Residents

Meal Plan Options
On Campus Residents will select a Meal Plan option through the Housing Application via myTSU. However, Commuter Meal Plans or Meal Plan Increases can be completed using this form.

Housing Agreement Cancellation Form - For students wishing to cancel their current housing agreement
