Dear Aristocrat Alumni, Supporters and Friends:

The Tennessee State University Aristocrat of Bands will gather on Friday, June 27, 2014 at 7:00 P.M. to celebrate the career and legacy of Professor Edward L. Graves who served as Director of Bands for 34 years. The retirement gala will be held on the campus of Tennessee State University in Kean Hall. In addition to paying tribute to our beloved Prof Graves, we will launch the Edward L. Graves Scholarship Endowment to provide scholarships to students participating in the TSU Band for years to come.

There are many ways you can be involved in this momentous occasion. Individual tickets can be purchased for $75 per person. If you are unable to attend feel free to purchase a ticket for a current Aristocrat to attend this event. Table sponsorship packages are available for corporate sponsors or groups that wish to show your support. You may also purchase advertisements for the souvenir booklet as indicated on the Ad/Patron Form. If you are unable to attend the Gala but would like to wish Prof Graves well, you may submit a 30 second video message as indicated on the Ad/Patron form.

Our entertainment for the evening will be an All-Star Jazz Band conducted by our very own James Dean Sexton. If you would like to participate please contact Mr. Sexton at jsexton@tnstate.edu or (615) 963-5354.
