The Advisement Center offers advisement services from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. each day (and until 6:00 p.m. by appointment) on the main campus for all students with under 60 credits earned. Visit us in Room 104 in the Student Success Center.
TSU in Review provides tutorial support in many college-level subjects for TSU students. Tutorials are delivered by participating TSU faculty and instructional staff and are scheduled Monday through Friday, 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. The service is FREE to TSU students! Check in the Student Success Center (LRC), Room 101 for the specific semester schedule.
Tiger Alert is the University's early-alert monitoring system which provides the assistance needed for the enhancement of students' academic success through academic referral and intervention-based initiatives. Tiger Alert permits faculty to alert individual students who are having difficultly in their classes and allows Academic Advisors to provide those students with services, information, and referrals. Tiger Alert is located in the Student Success Center (LRC), Room 101-D.

IMPROVE YOUR PLACEMENT BEFORE ENROLLING AT TSU
Before you enroll at TSU, you can improve your placement in reading, writing, and math courses by participating in TSU’s Summer Success Institute. This five-week program helps you as a high school sophomore or junior to prepare to make higher ACT/SAT scores. As a high school senior, you can build your skills in English, math, and reading, and have the opportunity to fulfill learning support requirements before your first fall semester. By taking summer classes on TSU’s beautiful campus, you’ll also develop positive relationships with our faculty members and know where you’re going when you return to class in the fall.
