University Relations & Development

Promoting the Needs of the University

The Division of University Relations and Development executes programs and activities designed to foster relationships of goodwill with alumni and friends, to assist the institution in its efforts to recruit students and faculty and to enhance the understanding and financial resources the university needs to achieve its mission. The division is comprised of Alumni Relations and Annual Giving, Conferences and Special Events, Development/TSU Foundation, Gentry Complex Programs and University Publications.

University Relations and Development consists of four main areas.

TSU Foundation

The TSU Foundation can make college a reality for many families, inspire a student's mind to new possibilities, and stretch the University's resources to fund the necessities which are sometimes lost in the belt-tightening mode of all public institutions today. For the larger community, the TSU Foundation helps provide educated minds for good citizenship and an educated workforce for greater economic development.

Alumni Relations

Office of Alumni Relations  offers many services for alumni, visitors, and current TSU students, faculty, and staff. They publish the alumni magazine, organize class reunions, provide alumni services, award scholarships, and organize alumni chapters. For more information visit the Office of Alumni Relations.
