Dr. Santosh S. Venkatraman has a Ph.D. in Management Information Systems
from Texas A&M University, and is currently an Associate Professor
of Business Information Systems at Tennessee State University. He has
published a variety of papers in the Information Systems field in journals
such as Information Systems; IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics;
Journal of Systems Management; Journal of International Information Management;
and ACM Computer Personnel. His teaching and research interests include
Electronic Commerce, Impact of Information Technology on Organizations,
, Group Decision Support Systems, Strategic use of Information Systems,
Computer Crimes, and Object Semantics in Database Management Systems. As a part of his involvement with OBER projects, Dr. Venkatraman is involved in the design and development of the Resource Inventory for the United Way Community Needs Assessment Study. He is one of key contributors in developing this resource inventory and is primarily responsible for developing this Access database application and its corresponding web interface. |
