Ezell Lundy is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. He completed his undergraduate degree in Psychology at Howard University in Washington, DC. He completed his Master’s Degree at Harvard University in Cambridge, MA. Ezell has over ten years of research experience and specializes in ethnography and qualitative methodology. As grant writer for OBER, Ezell is responsible for finding grant opportunities that meet the specific research needs of the director as well as the overall mission of OBER. Prior to his employment at OBER, Ezell worked for Vanderbilt University’s Institute for Public Policy Studies where he conducted evaluations of HUD initiated homeless programs. His personal research interests are the role of social institutions (e.g., churches, schools) on ethical and financial behavior. He is also interested in studying religion and politics as they affect public opinion and social discourse.
