Natalie Coley is a native of Toronto, Ontario who comes to Tennessee State University in pursuit of her Master’s Degree. Coley joins the Office of Business and Economic Research as a graduate from Georgia State University where she completed her Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

Natalie serves as a Graduate Research Assistant aiding in the evaluation of Hope VI grants. She is currently assisting in the final stages of the Sam Levy Project in preparation to take on the John Henry Hale Hope VI project evaluation.
