  Tuition support for Early Childhood academic courses which provide academic and practical preparation to meet the training requirement for the CDA credential assessment process.

CDA Assessment Fee Scholarships

  Who is eligible?...

  Tennessee residents who work in a state regulated child care facility in Tennessee and have completed CDA preparation course work (120 hours minimum) through the TECTA Program.  Candidates must meet the guidelines for submission of materials to the CDA council.  TSU management office will award scholarships, as funds are available, on a quarterly basis to candidates who are ready to apply for the CDA credential.

Support for National Accreditation

  What kind of support is available?...

  Mentoring to programs to support accreditation goals.

  Program awards for accreditation fees, re-accreditation fees, and related expenses.

  Technical assistance on design of quality assurance plans.
