Fee Payment Deadlines & Other Important Dates

Fee payment deadline for PRE-REGISTERED students.
(Class schedules will be purged if fees are not paid.  Students purged may re-register during the regular registration period.)
See Financing Your TSU Education for payment options.  The Deferred Payment Plan is not available for the summer term.

Regular RegistrationFull Summer - May 28-29, 2009
Fee payment deadline for classes entered during Regular Registration.

Fees due on the day classes are entered on "myTSU".  BILLS WILL NOT BE MAILED.  Students who register after 4:30 p.m. must pay fees the following business day.

On Friday, May 29, 2009, the registration schedule for myTSU is 6:00 am - 3:00 pm.  All fees must be paid in full (or students must confirm registration if their fees will be covered by authorized deferments and/or financial aid) by 4:30 p.m.
Early registration for Teachers and TBR, UT, State and TSU employees. Full Summer - May 28-29, 2009
Regular Registration for Teachers and TBR, UT, State and TSU employees. No Late Registration fee is assessed for these groups attending on a space-available basis.Full Summer - June 1-3, 2009

Late Registration.  A $100.00 fee is assessed.

Beginning - June 1, 2009 (All Summer Sessions)

Last day to withdraw from all classes or drop classes and obtain a 100% refund of liable credit hours.

Note:

Refunds are calculated based on liable credit hours.  Therefore, in some instances, a refund may not be applicable.

Students are encouraged to better plan their schedules and retain their full-time status on their way to a timely and successful graduation.

 

If you are dropping and adding another class on or after the first day of classes, please note that the add and the drop must be processed ON THE SAME DAY.  If you are enrolled in one class and want to drop and add another, you must add first.

 

RODP courses cannot be evenly exchanged with TSU courses when students drop/add on or after the first day of classes. RODP classes can be identified by section number R50.

RODP courses are charged separately from TSU courses.

Financial Aid Refunds 

Refunds will be available on student ID cards for students who have registered, completed all paperwork in the Financial Aid Office, confirmed that they will be attending for the term on myTSU, and have actual aid credited to their accounts.  Refunds will appear on the ID card within a 24 to 48 hour period from the date of the comdata refund transaction that appears on your student account for the summer term.
