Bio | curriculum vitae

Dr. Gibran is a graduate of the University of Kent at Canterbury and Tennessee State University.She received her Masters in Development Economics from UKC, England, and her Ph.D. in Public Administration from TSU in 2006.  Dr. Gibran joins the College of Public Service and Urban Affairs after over 10 years of service as a manager with the Tennessee state government. She currently teaches courses in Public Administration, Urban Studies, and Nonprofit Management and Leadership.
