| Dr. Phyllis L. Flott is an Associate Professor of Management in the
Department of Business Administration. She obtained her Doctorate degree in
Organizational Theory and Policy from The University of North Texas (1996),
M.S. (Management) from Emporia State University (1987), and B.S. from
Emporia State University (1984). Dr. Flott’s primary teaching fields are
Strategy, Management, and E-Business. |

Dr. Flott's current research interests include the Relationship Between
Bankruptcy and use of Differed Deposit Services, Ethical Issues Related to
Fringe Banking, and Location Patterns of Deferred Presentation Companies in
Nashville.
