| Dr. Pennington is an Associate Professor of Real Estate in the the
Department of Business Administration. He obtained his Ph.D. in Finance from
Ohio State University (1972), M.S. in Physics from Virginia Polytechnic
Institute (1961), and B.S. from University of Alabama (1957). Dr. Pennington
is a certified General Real Estate Appraiser (CG-989), with more than 30
years experience as a Real Estate Appraiser & Consultant. Dr. Pennington's
primary teaching interests are Real Estate and Urban Development. |
