Limited English Proficiency (LEP)
What is LEP?
Limited English Proficiency ("LEP") is an important facet of Title VI involves providing meaningful access to programs and services for individuals that are considered to have LEP. In our programs and/or services, TSU does not discriminate against anyone based on their ability to communicate in English. To ensure that all individuals are able to communicate, either in writing or verbally, the University utilizes Avaza Language Service Corporation who provides translation and interpretation services on an as needed basis.
