TSU COE Quality Assurance System
The TSU COE Quality Assurance System (QAS) hinges upon the conceptual underpinning of “competent and caring facilitators of learning, committed to diversity and the success of all.” The QAS collects and analyzes data on applicants’ qualifications, candidates’ and graduates’ performance, and unit operations. The end goal is to produce graduates who are prepared as teachers, leaders, and psychologists with the competencies and acumen to create and sustain excellence.

Each Data Retreat in the College of Education allows faculty to analyze and evaluate program and unit data to determine strategies or programmatic/unit changes needed for continuous improvement.
