2025 Annual Enrollment - ONLINE
 October 1 – 18, 2024

Please visit the TSU Annual Enrollment page for all things Annual Enrollment.  Any changes you make will become effective January 1, 2025 and the first deductions will come out on December 31, 2024.

Important :

  • Changes/enrollment for medical, dental, vision, short/long term disability, basic term life insurance option from 1x your annual salary (to avoid imputed income tax) to $50,000, are made through Edison.  Access Edison via MyTSU, scroll down to and click the Annual Enrollment link.
  • Changes/enrollment into the Flexible Spending Account/Dependent Spending Account must be made through Optum Bank.  Instructions are on the TSU Annual Enrollment page.
  • Changes/enrollment into voluntary term life insurance for yourself or your dependents must be made through the Securian Financial/MN Life site on the TSU Annual Enrollment page.

2024-2025 Salary Increase

Effective July 1, 2024 The TSU Board of Trustees approved President Glover's recommendation to offer a three percent (3%) salary increase for eligible employees (Click link for more detailed information).

Employee Assistance Program TBR participates in the state of Tennessee's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) which provides counseling services for employees and their eligible dependents who may be eperienceing personal or workplace problems.
