AASN Program

At its November 21, 2019 meeting, the TSU Board of Trustees approved the TSU administration's request to discontinue the Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (AASN) program. As a result of this action, applications are no longer being accepted for the AASN program. The program will graduate its last class Spring 2021. Please monitor the website for updates related to the BSN program. All programs remain approved and accredited. If you have questions, please contact Dr. Maria Revell, Interim Executive Director, at 615-963-5251.

The next admission cycle will open in January 2020 for Summer 2020 admission.

The BSN program is currently NOT accepting students.

Welcome From the BSN Director

A pre-entrance examination is required for the AASN program. The ATI TEAS Admission Assessment is required at an academic preparedness level of Proficient or above.

Current TSU students can take the ATI TEAS at the TSU Testing Center. All other students must take the ATI TEAS at a PSI Testing Center. Please contact the AASN program office at 615-963-5265 for additional testing information if you are not a current TSU student.
