NOTE: It is required by the State of Tennessee law that students entering colleges, universities, and technical institutes with enrollment of greater than 200 students provide proof of immunity. (click here for forms and detailed information).

Student Health Insurance Plan

NOTE: It is mandatory that all F-1 students have health insurance upon enrollment for the duration of their studies. The policy must include a clause of Medical Evacuation and Repatriation of $10,000 each.
