HOW TO CREATE A CORRECT PASSWORD Passwords must follow these rules:

Use this when you no longer know your current password. Your identity will be confirmed based on the security questions and answers you previously provided during the first-time-user registration process.
HOW TO "CHANGE MY PASSWORD"
Use this when you:
- currently know your password,
- your account is active,
- and you need to change your password before it expires.
Use this when you are notified that your account is currently locked out of domain or network resources. The link will confirm your identity based on the security questions and answers you previously registered.
