Class Descriptions
All Abs / Abs & Thangs - A high impact class that incorporates strength and conditioning along with abdominal training.
Kickboxing - A combo of boxing, martial arts, and aerobic exercise that provides an overall physical conditioning experience.
Come Get Gorgeous/Strecth & Toning - Full body toning class.
Boot Camp - An intense class that focuses on many aspects of physical fitness such as aerobic endurance, muscle toning, speed, agility and flexibility.
Midday Lite Sweat - A low impact class designed to give you a good workout in a short amount of time.
Get Down w/Kim Brown - Energy packed class designed to give you a full body workout while learning some of the latest dances.
Beach Body Fitness - This class is designed for everyone! Abs, hand weights, and cardio workouts will be combined to get your body fit and ready for the beach.
Dance it off - Cardio based class that infuses all dance styles.
Zumba - A Latin-inspired dance workout that gets your heart pumping and your hips moving! Come and learn different dance rhythms while burning up to 800 calories!
