Providing Social, Educational & Outreach Opportunities to Students

Commemorating National LGBT History month in October
Celebrating the founding month of the GSA at TSU (October 2003)
Celebrating National Coming Out Day on October 11
Hosting an event(s) during the annual Nashville Black Pride celebration the second week in October
Sponsoring SAFE Zone Training opportunities to students, faculty & staff.
Attending LGBT Conferences of other local universities
Participating in Nashville PRIDE festival in June
Co-hosting at least two events with other organizations at TSU
Continue to provide free HIV/STI screening opportunities with Nashville CARES, Brothers United and other community partners.
Continuing of our World AIDS Day activity on or around December 1
